To celebrate the beginning of the holiday season and the neighborhood of 4S Ranch, the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce is presenting the 5th annual RB Fall Festival at 4S Ranch. This street fair, held on Sunday, November 2 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., is located on Camino del Norte between Dove Canyon and Rancho Bernardo Roads, just west of I-15.
The RB Fall Festival at 4S Ranch offers all-day live entertainment, health screenings, Kiddieland, and more! 15,000 expected visitors browse the arts and crafts booths, partake of international cuisine, get information from regional and local businesses, service clubs, religious and non-profit organizations.
