Need a place to do business? The San Diego North Chamber conference room is available for meetings, seminars and workshops. The room can be configured in the following formats:

50 Chairs - No tables
24 Chairs - Classroom style
40 Chairs - Board style with additional seating around room
24 Chairs - Board Style

The room is available on a first come, first served basis. Refunds will be issued to groups that cancel if notice of cancellation is made 10 business days prior to the scheduled date. No refunds are made if the cancellation occurs after that date.

The room is well-equipped with:
Video projector for presentations
Wireless High speed internet access
Conference call services
 
Rental hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday (Not available on holidays). The Chamber reserves the right to cancel advance reservations with 30 days notice or any event that generates enough noise to interfere with the day-to-day operations of the Chamber.  The meeting room may not be used for private social functions such as showers, birthday parties, fundraisers, etc. 

Rental Fees:
 
• Chamber members: $25 per hour with a maximum daily fee of $125

• Non-members: $100 per hour

Optional coffee service:  $2 per person 

Additional Services Available:

Professional Teleprompter: $125 per hour (includes operator)
